Overview
About Me
Artist, designer, and founder of a research lab dedicated to sustainable practices in art, design, and community building. I love woodworking, interior architecture, and creating spaces that connect people. Passionate about music, craftsmanship, and the stories behind objects.
This August, I’ll be traveling in Japan for the first time with my best friend Roberto, exploring traditional carpentry, architecture, temples, and handmade objects. We’re hoping to connect with people, make friends, learn and share.

Interests
Currently Im very interested in space, and how light and sound travel in it,
how emotions, perception, language and consciousness shapes and is shaped by space and its design.
Im interested in developing research doing vernacular architecture, with natural building techniques and sustainable principles. I enjoy learning native handcrafts and applying them to living structures and scenography.

Music, Movies, and Books
Ive been an avid music collector for some time now
and I'm always searching for more.
Im interested in the orgins of genres
and the raw sounds of cultures.
I dream of being part of etnomusical research someday.
Im also beginning a small, but evergrowing book collection at home
which is composed of the books that have caught my attention in my travels.
Mostly Art books from museum editorials, vernacular architecture, and lighting or theatre set design.
But I love to read science fiction, latin american authors, and poetry from anywhere.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Shipwrecked on a small sailboat on the coast of Cuba.
Teach, Learn, Share
Im eager to share my interests and experience but even more so; to learn from others who may become my teachers. Sharing is important for me as a way to preserve knowledge and a growing diversity of viewpoints.
