I'm from the United States but I've been living and traveling in Southeast Asia for over a year. I just finished traveling through Europe and NYC for six weeks before returning to South Carolina to apply for graduate school in journalism.
I'm passionate about global affairs, clean living, cats, yoga, hiking, films! I studied film at university and dabbled in filmmaking. I love trying new foods. When I travel to a new city, I must: read the newspaper, go to the art museum, eat street food, and see a movie.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have met so many amazing people during my travels, and I would love to meet more once I get back home. And traveling is expensive! I want to pay it forward and help out other people who are wandering on a budget.
I am also still in the midst of traveling and want to meet local people from as many places as I can.
