ABOUT ME

I'm finishing my last semester of college after what seems like eons, and I plan to mirror my contrarian, liberal, coffee shop cigarette anti-everything mentality with a cliché post-graduate jaunt to England, France, and Spain to visit family and friends, make new friends, and experience life beyond the laptop screen for awhile. Seriously, I can't wait to be done with college and be a human again.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to sleep on your couch! I will make you coffee in the morning. I would also like to be shown around to cool, lesser known places that you love in your city. It would be really cool to see a couple shows/gigs/concerts/performances while I'm in town. Where are the cool venues?

None through this website, but don't let that deceive you; I have spent many a night on sofas, couches, chaise longues, settees, recliners, you name it!

Interests

Archaeology, bicycles, boppin' to music, seeking oddities/curios in dingy shops in sketchy parts of town, drinking beer, drinking wine, learning how to like drinking whiskey, coffee, cheese, rudimentary embroidery, hiking, floating in bodies of water, cats, and jokes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One time, in Greece, I jumped off a cliff into the ocean. This is not the sort of thing I normally do. I shouldn't have done it because I belly flopped (from 40 feet up). It hurt a lot and I made dinosaur sounds when I came to the surface. I'm still not entirely sure whether the awe was derived from the fact that I actually jumped, or that I survived relatively unscathed.
