I fall for people who wear their heart on their sleeve. where you haven't even up picked up your fork and you're talking about your biggest hopes and fear and love and heartbreak and all the in between. people who give you their trust before you've earned and bare their soul without reservation. people who's laughter rings in the rafters and infectious kindness you feel in your bones.

Hey CS! My name is Sanam and I read and write so that one day I become an old wise lady. RIght now I'm in Vancouver after finishing a yoga teacher training. I'm staying a bit longer to let all that new knowledge settle and to connect more with all the wonderful people I have met.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think we're put on this earth to connect with others. Our world can be isolating at times, so I try to mitigate that with the way I live my life. I love to meet new people.. Normally staying with kind strangers and new friends has happened organically for me but I hope to also meet inspiring people through CS.

Right now I'm listening to a lot of Iranian and Arabic music. I've started playing around with different mixing software, so I love the sound of house mixed in with middle eastern instruments and songs.
