ABOUT ME

I'm a college student majoring politics and economics. open-minded and talkative, but also a good listener. I have been in Norway as an exchange student, which was a great chance to meet wonderful friends and to travel a lot. I love to meet people and to have new experience.

I wish we can exchange our culture, thoughts, and experience. If you can't speak at least one of English, Korean, French and Spanish, we can really talk and I think there's actually no point for couchsurfing... So please send me a request if you are able to communicate with me somehow. And if you ask me no more than a month prior, I won't be sure to answer because I don't know how thing's going to be a month after. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to meet people and CS is great opportunity for this, especially when you're traveling. It is great because not just you can save your budget but you can meet locals willing to meet travelers and share cultural experience. I had a great experience thanks to CS while I was traveling around Europe. It's great also because of that I can meet people from all around the world at my home.

Interests

I'm interested in many things. I love music. I like to sing but I'm not a good singer. I used to play piano and some other Korean traditional instruments. But it has been so long since I played those. And I like sports.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read books but haven't done it so much in this year.. These days I try to read classical literature especially. My favorite authors: Mark Twain, Harper Lee, George Orwell, Victor Hugo and Charles Dickens.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Internship at UN campus, Bonn!
- Being at Californian high school for a few months as an exchange student
- Volunteering in the church and high school to help studies and to be a mentor
(I am not religious though)
- Living in Norway as an exchange student and meet great people
- Amazing Northern light on the hill just in front of my flat
- Cabin trip in traditional old Norwegian cabin without running water and electricity
- Traveling alone with couch surfing, and meeting great people!
