I'm a writer, a skeptic, an extrovert and a wanderer of whimsical worlds. Regardless of what part of the world I'm in, you'll likely find me partaking in good company and philosophical conversation over a cup of tea. I'm currently having a passionate love affair with the city of Chicago.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I couchsurfed around Chicago while I was between apartments and found it a great way to meet adventurous travelers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed for 6 months while backpacking around Southeast Asia and had the time of my life. I made lifelong friends and experienced the intensity of the human spirit like never before.

I love local music of the punk rock variety. I'€™ve been known to frequent biker bars, hookah lounges, and the occasional used book store.

Culinary delights are one of my greatest pleasures. I fucking love food. Especially spicy, intense, complex flavors. I would rather weigh 400 lbs than ever attempt a restrictive diet. Thankfully, I also enjoy rigorous exercise.
