About Me
Hey! I'm kind of new to couch surfing, though I feel like I'd mesh well with the community, judging from the friends of mine who surf. I'm relaxed and easygoing. I have no problem walking 20 miles around someplace new in a day, nor do I with only going to one or two fun sites or events. I'm a photographer by trade and passion, so I'll be taking a lot of pictures, even if it's just with my phone.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm looking to meet new people in parts of the world I'm less familiar with and go on adventures (and occasionally for a place to crash when the night goes long)
Interests
I'm a photographer, a filmmaker, and an archivist. That means I look for pretty light an old things all the time. I also rock climb and backpack a lot, often tying the climbing and photography together.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm in my last semester to get a degree in filmmaking, so my favorite movies tend to be slow Swedish art films that most people suffer through... That being said, I really want to see Mad Max and Jurassic World soon. I'm currently sucked into the "A Song of Ice and Fire " series (Game of Thrones) and I'm on the third book, despite being caught up with the show. My music taste is really broad, but the last album I listened to was Choose Your Weapon by Hiatus Kaiyote.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went on a cross-country rock climbing road trip with two friends a few years back. It was incredible, though we spent a lot of time car camping when couch surfing might have been the better option (If we'd know about it then)
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm not too sure what to put here, but I can teach (talk endlessly about) cameras, and I'm kind of in love with the mechanics behind them and how they function differently to get different types of shots.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories, photographs, and companionship! I have no problem taking a portrait here and there if you'd like one quasi-professionally done, but it tends to take me a while to finish editing them, as paying stuff always takes precedence.
