ABOUT ME

I m the F-Y girl ! Frenchy, Friendly & Funny !

I grew up in Paris, first I studied advertising, then international business and management.

About me ? I guess I can write I'm down to earth, easy going, and always ready to have some fun.

As far as I can remember I always loved traveling.
From my first backpack eperience in Cambodia I remember the tast of the discovery, being amazed at every minute. Afterward I think I was traveling as a young european self centered and I felt sorry about it.

Since then all my trips are focussed on discovering peoples, their culture (and not only what the lonely planet says about it), their way of life, etc.

I went to Ethiopia and drink soooo many coffee (huge tradition there) with Ethiopians.
I went to Vietnam and shared rice alcool with vietnamese.
I went to Benin and celebrate the 50 years of independance with Benines.
And during one summer I've travelled around Europe hitchhiking from place to place. This trip convinced me even more that people are amazing, (even close to my house.)

Next trip is a month in Brazil (feb 2015)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I always lived with roomate or in small apartement (those who knows Paris or London's rent will understand) but I'm always hosting friends and friends of friends

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first CSexperience was in Copenhagen. It was kind of crazy thing to do, Couch surfing wasn't so famous (at least in France) by this time ! 5 years after, I can't think "travel" without "CS".

It s the best way to discover the real mood and the secret life of the city!

Interests

I like reading, watching moovies, having fun ... and cooking (I promess, I will cook for you =) )

Well and of course traveling !!

Music, Movies, and Books

Thriller, historical, or novel, I read a lot of book. Usually ifI start a new writer and I like him, I read many many of his book and when I m fed up... I start again with a new one !

I watch a lot of movies too !! Try to go in the theater, but lazy bed Sunday, with two or three movies (and sushis or pizza), makes the life so perfect... =)
Example?.. These last months I've watched: "Paddington" (with my 10 years old bro), "Mommy"(CA), "Gone Girl" (US), "The Pride" (UK).
... And I'm starting a Brasilian TV show : O NEGOCIO

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2010 I was 2 months in west Africa, in Benin, taking care an orphenage.
I lived in a traditional house, with a grand mother and 3 children.
Every days was different and/but similar than other.
Creat link, win confidence, live like them.
It's an unforgettable memory.

And this summer 2013, I've travelled around Europe, hitchicking, with a limited budget (on purpose, love challenge!). That was AMAZING !!!
