Hi there, I'm a 22 years old french student in Molecular Biology (in Montpellier, south of France). Basically, I love travelling and trying new activities : I love horse riding, and outdoor activities (hiking, rowing, running a little bit ..). I have been told it is not hard to get along with me, but I would say that I am a keen girl who really paies attention to others (and I am so sorry for my "resting bitch face" !).

I've travelled a little bit and soon, my next adventure will be Mongolia and Russia in July and August !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think this is a really nice way of travelling, and this website brings together people who are eager to share and people who are eager to discover : why not become a couchsurfer may I ask ?

Interests

Easy : anything that I haven't tried is something that I'd like to do ! I absolutely love discovering new activities, I think it is the best way to enjoy your time.

I also really enjoy everything that's linked with nature : diving, kayaking, hiking (my parents live around the french "pre-Alps" ... I love moutains. So much.) .. I'm a little sporty, I like playing badminton, or rowing. I'm also a horse rider, usually riding outdoors. I can also be a very calm person, enjoying a good book for hours. I am not extremely talkative, as I always fear to annoy people ... But I am always glad to hear people out and listen to their story, and share mine if asked !

And so much more ... To name but a few : photography, books, sightseeing, and I as I already said : if I've never tried it, I'm keen on it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sometimes I just think of the idea of a travel or an opportunity and I sort of ... Jump on it. Then the day before I'm like "what did I get myself into ??!" and it always ends up by being a really good experience. So I guess the amazing things I've done are pushing myself up like this !

I guess going to New Zealand for seven months in a host family was pretty amazing, so was going to China to be the nanny of a two year old girl, or going to Burkina Faso to start building what was going to be a library.

I wish I could have some special talent I could share with you guys but I must say I'm pretty ordinary :)

I do a little bit of everything, but I am not a specialist of something. But aye, nothing is impossible, I can talk about my culture and country (my parents being both teachers, I like history !) or cook french crêpes, even though it's pretty basic I'm really wiling to share something !
