ABOUT ME

I live in Lewes, East Sussex with my 5-year-old son, after 9 years in cosmopolitan Brighton, having originally moved from my beautiful birthplace of Cape Town. I gravitate to green spaces, the sea and bohemian/arty/spiritual types. I love 5 rhythms dance (the main source of my travel), am a complete bookworm and love to write poetry, stories and non fiction.

Music, Movies, and Books

very broad music taste, from Joni Mitchell and the Beatles to Cloud Control to Neutral Milk Hotel. I listen to music almost constantly; love the authors Jeanette Winterson, Helen Dunmore and Margaret Atwood among others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walk the Camino de Santiago in 2004 despite quite severe physical setbacks. An experience I'll never forget, meeting amazing people and seeing the most beautiful scenery, coming up against myself in new and different ways.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to read and edit people's writing, and to offer astrology birth charts, tarot readings and simple listening/counselling skills/space holding.
