I am a yoga teacher and artist, combining these two passions of mine into what I call Art Form Yoga. It is a system for realizing the creative potential inherent in all things. I travel teaching workshops and hosting events to help others discover the Creator within. We use innovative practices and modes of expression to explore each of our unique gifts and how they all contribute to uplifting the community. 

I am always open to collaborating with others, so reach out if you are interested and would like to join forces!

A team of us will be traveling from mid-November through the beginning of February and would love to meet as many inspiring, like-minded people as possible along our journey.
We are very open-minded, creative people who love long, deep conversations exploring how we as humans can create a better world for all living beings. Our dream is to construct a place where people can heal and express themselves through innumerable outlets - movement, painting, crafting, connecting with the Earth...the list goes on and is only limited to our soul's deepest expression :)

I'm a huge 60s/70s rock fan; a few of my favorites include The Doors, Led Zeppelin, Jefferson Airplane, Pink Floyd, Cream, John Lennon. Love...

A few of my favorite authors are Aldous Huxley, Herman Hesse, Kurt Vonnegut. I love reading and writing poetry, inspired by many including Robert Graves and T.S. Eliot.

My volunteering experience at an organic date farm in the desert of Southern California was one of the most transformational trips of my life. The first time fully alone with my mind and the depths of my soul, I discovered so much about myself and my purpose on this Earth. It's a pretty intense story, better told in person :)

I would love to teach others to follow their intuition and live a life true to themselves, viewing their bodies as vessels of divine strength and limitless creation. Meeting like-minded individuals with similar goals and aspirations would be ideal. I have so much to learn on this Earth and I believe that each and every inhabitant has a message to share.
