CURRENT MISSION

I'm headed to Dallas! I want to check out every nook and cranny of the big D to determine if I want to relocate soon! I would love to meet couchsurfers of all kinds who are passionate about what their fair city has to offer!

ABOUT ME

I am a teacher by trade, and I love it! But I am a gypsy soul and travel as much as possible! I have a variety of interests and skills in the arts, especially dancing. I am especially skilled at sniffing out great dive bars! I am open minded, love to learn new skills and am always down for an adventure.
I split my time between Baltimore, MD and New Mexico and try to soak in as much of the country on my travels in between the two.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am looking to meet hosts in and around Dallas who are passionate about their fair city and want to show others all of the awesome things about it! I am not looking for accommodations, just experiences and hope to make some new friends and connections!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed of sofas all over the world, with family, friends and friends of friends! I love it and when I return to my home, I can't wait to open up my couch to travelers again!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love the same cult stuff that most others in their late 20's early 30's love! Movies- anything that should be shown at a midnight movie is my kind of thing! Books- bring it on! I love to read and welcome any suggestions- I do love Willie Nelson's books. Music- I love everything from opera, to black metal to N.W.A. I just got into Nick Waterhouse and the Alabama Shakes too. Rockabilly has a special place in my heart!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saw an elephant walk the wrong way in rush hour traffic then sit on a car and crush it while I was in Zimbabwe.

Teach, Learn, Share

Always carry aspirin and benadryl in your wallet or cell phone case (not in your bag in the car!!)- they are the two life savers in addition to helping bring on sleep, dealing with bug bites, that nasty zit that surprised you on your second day camping and sunburns!
