Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

People are the beautiful spice of life. We meet a lot of people in our work as professional musicians, Couchsurfing lets us meet a wider variety of people and gives us a deeper insight into the local people. Couchsurfing has many bonuses, first and foremost, it brings us into the real living life of the place we find ourselves. Staying in hotels can be a sterile non experience .. yes it's nice sometimes but mostly I prefer the realness of peoples homes - sharing a beer and hearing about a life lived different from ours, to find our sameness despite culture or upbringing. And it helps us as any money saved usually goes straight into our travel costs or new gear. But mostly, it's about gaining new friends and experiences while we travel to our next live performance. Onward we go...

Movies.. it has to be very transporting movie as we both worked in feature film in Vancouver and tend to see the billions of things that slip past the average viewer .. mostly, we prefer to consume books.
Music.. music is my chosen profession - all aspects of music - from the initial creative idea through all aspects of the technical and on to live performance.
