I want to travel as much as humanly possible!
I'm a 29yr old guy with a lot of ambition. One of my goals for the next few years is to travel as much as possible. I'm a bassist and part of my goal in traveling is getting a chance to experience different music scenes around the country and world.
As far as things I'd wanna know about someone looking for a place to crash: I am latino. I've never been arrested, I'm 420 friendly, but I don't carry (and wouldn't want to traveling), smoke and drink socially, have very liberal views, and love talking about social politics, good conversation in general.
I've come to a general conclusion that I need to be useful to the world. The only passions I've ever had is playing music and biking. Two primarily selfish endeavours. But I still have this need to do something that will help improve the world around me. Im almost there.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Recently, Ive taken a break from hosting but Id love to welcome new friends into my life this year. I always try to make myself available to show people around and be the type of host I hope I encounter when I travel. I am a strong believer in good karma.
I went on a 3 month road trip with a few friends five years ago. The whole time we slept in our van and crashed on friends couches. It's truly humbling when you meet people who are completely open and trusting of you. One couple in Brooklyn, who had just moved into their apt, insisted we crashed in their completely empty guest room. I was just thankful and it made the week all the better.
Stand up comedy, Live music, horror movies, foreign movies, Rock/alt music/hip-hop/soul, conversation about social and political issues, drinking with friends and having a good time.
