Discovered a waterfall in the Panamanian highlands.
Saw the Golan Heights from atop an aged castle.

Most people believe Houston is just endless urban sprawl -- and for most purposes it is -- but if you know where to look there are countless hole-in-the-wall ethnic restaurants, colorful museums, questionable dive bars, music venues and theaters. I also enjoy cooking, and I'm usually down for trying out a new dish or cuisine.
