ABOUT ME

Hm... not easy but here are some main points:I am currently a teacher of Biology, English and German but I am soon embarking on a longer journey (sabbatical) to see the world and to calm my mind :) after that I am beginning to work as a therapist for children and juveniles!
I love the ocean and heat! (SPF 50 is always at hand though)
I speak German, English and Persian (Farsi) fluently (I was born in Tehran (Iran) to Afghan parents and came to Germany when I was 7)

PHILOSOPHY

Treat the people the way you want to be treated!
That being said, I know how discrimination in various forms looks like as well as I have experienced the kind of overwhelming compassion and love humans are capable of. So solidarity with my own community and other marginalized groups as an ally is extremely important to me.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately, i can only offer people I know a place to stay, because I live in a house community where I also take responsibilities for my neighbors. We agreed that we all only host people we actually know.
But I can show you my Berlin, give some advice (where to stay, eat or party) :)

what else...!?! well I love having interesting conversations about all kinds of topics: politics, god, cultures or just silly stuff! People say I am somehow entertaining, I guess that means I have a good sencse of humor!?!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far every encounter has been respectful and positive. I have rarely stayed at peoples places but rather asked Lokals to show me around and it has always been a blast :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The best thing that happened to me so far… good question, but for me it is hard to point at one major event. In the most vulnerable moments I have felt most loved and supported, so I’d say me experiencing everything with my chosen family (one might call them best friends) is most fulfilling 💕

I could teach you Persian, German, cooking, bellydance... :) I’d love for someone to teach me writing farsi or in general Spanish! :)

I think I can share a feeling of comfort. If you let me I’ll cook and having conversations and laughs over dinner or coffees has always developed into an easygoing atmosphere so far.. 💕
