About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Enjoying life at full swing, and trying to make other people's lives be sweet as well.
ABOUT ME
There's so much to do, so much that's enjoyable, the list should be endless.
I love reading about all the things I yet have to understand and learn, doing sports, listening to / making music and ... lots of other things. Plus, obviously, like all of us here: Travelling, seeing new places, meeting new people, ...
I grew up backpack-travelling all the time, but learned that city hopping can be fun, too. Studying doesn't tend to leave too much time for travelling, but I try to get jobs here and there to be able to discover some more of this world. In the meantime, it's nice meeting some new faces by letting them stay with me. Having friends in different faraway locations gives me plenty of excuse to travel for short periods of time as well, but I'm usually more of a months-long-trips-person.
PHILOSOPHY
That's a tough one.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Host when I can, and make my hosts enjoy their time with me.
I try to spread the word, because the idea and experiences are just too great to be kept to oneself.
I hope to be able to host/surf a lot more in the future!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Positive all the way!
There was no moment I regretted anything or felt awkward around either host or guest, and I hope to be able to travel a lotlot more in the future - and make even more positive experiences : )
Interests
SO MANY! There's barely a thing not worth being interested in.
I really enjoy learning new languages (but not the part where you take a book and study grammar rules...), read about scientific discoveries and, obviously, theories about everything and anything (and nothing, for that matter) - philosophy.
Outdoors sports are great fun, but I haven't tried all too many yet. Sailing's great, because there's wind and water. Hiking's great, because there's meadows and woods and lakes. Biking's great because - well, actually it kinda hurts. Horseriding's great, because there's wind and hills and meadows. Skydiving is a little bit like diving, except that you see a different world and it's over so quickly.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm not very well-educated if it comes to movies, but there are people who've never seen me without headphones and a book.
Since I'm easily fascinated, negative definitions of my taste in music etc. seem to come more easily:
- very little to no Hip Hop, rather classical, gypsy, deep techno or other "dark" music;
- few crime stories, but I just discovered that scifi can be fun;
- a friend of mine defines movies by the criterion of wether there are many people who die quickly or just a few people who die (slowly). I like both. I even like movies where no-one dies at all.
