I am travelling South America at the moment in order to seek other cultures to discover who I am!

ABOUT ME

I am a yoga instructor, and since I have become one I know myself better then I ever could have imagined, i`m calm, collected and love nature. I am a very happy person and like to think I spread good energy and love everywhere I go. My whole yoga and life journey began in Thailand, where I found I connected strongly to their culture and way of life. I now want nothing but to discover more about myself and others through my travelling experiences, and I find there is no better way to learn about a place then by spending time with the people of that country. There is much more...but just know that I like to smile.

PHILOSOPHY

Live life simply, without time restraint or too much thought. Learn to really `feel`and experience things for what they are. Last but not least, always be open minded.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had only one couchsurfing expereince at this point and it was AMAZING. Sao Paulo, Brazil. I hope to have many more to talk about.

The Christ statue was pretty surreal, as was the buddah at Wat Pao.Everytime I step on my yoga mat I feel amazing.
