ABOUT ME

Wow, that's a lot to ask.
I'm Marie (dropped the "-Pier" after I moved temporarily in England to work as an au pair) and I'm french canadian (or as I prefer, quebecoise!). I decided to take a gap year before I start university to travel around in Europe, meet some people, have a good time and learn to laugh at myself. I've been in England for a little more than 5 months, and although I've really enjoyed my stay, I have to admit that I now can't wait to start some real traveling. Being stuck in a house doing the cleaning and the washing isn't always the most exciting thing.
But anyway, I have now started my real trip and although I've lost my rail pass after only 4 days, I'm enjoying the freedom that it gives me.
I have to admit that I'm usually last minute, really sorry about that. Have to work on it... Like a lot of other stuff, as you know, I'm a work in progress, just like everybody else I guess. :)

Life, thinking, laughing, music, singing, talking to nice people, meeting someone from another country, traveling, color my nails, listening to someone play the cello (as I'm still learning and not good enough to enjoy it when I play myself), read a good book, watch a good movie, having long walks...
