Overview
About Me
Hello! I’m Pili, 29 years old, originally from La Rioja 🏜️ – a small city in northwestern Argentina 🇦🇷 – and currently living in Vienna, Austria. 🇦🇹
I’m an Industrial Engineer ⚙️ working remotely as a Data Governance Analyst 📊 for a Paraguayan 🇵🇾 holding. May God keep blessing my work-from-anywhere life! 💻
At my natural best , I’m a kind, empathetic, and open-minded person. I’m passionate about travelling, languages, music, wine, food, connecting with nature, and spending time with my family and pets.
Looking forward to meeting new people and sharing good moments along the way! 😊
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m on Couchsurfing to connect with people from around the world, share experiences, and learn about new cultures in a more authentic way. I had a big desire of moving abroad before turning 30 — and here I am, living in Europe at 29, making it happen. ✨

Music, Movies, and Books
When it comes to music, I have a wide range of tastes — I’m currently obsessed with Taylor Swift, but I’ve also gone through a strong Pink Floyd phase. So yes… my playlists are eclectic! 🎶
I’m not really into movies, but Les Misérables is an absolute masterpiece. I’d say I’m more into series — my all-time favorites are Outlander and Anne with an E. 📺
As for books, I love El túnel (Ernesto Sabato), Der Steppenwolf (Hermann Hesse), and Me Before You (Jojo Moyes). I enjoy stories that touch the soul or make me think deeply. 📚
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing I’ve done is going from a tiny town in Argentina to working remotely for an international company, doing what I love most — my career in engineering and data. It’s been a journey of growth, resilience, and chasing big dreams from a very small place. 🚀🌎
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: I love sharing what I’ve learned about data governance and engineering, especially with people who are new to these fields. I believe knowledge grows when shared. 💡
Learn: I’m always eager to learn new things, whether it’s about different cultures, new technologies, or personal growth. Every experience teaches me something valuable. I consider continuous improvement as a lifestyle. 🌱
Share: I believe in the power of sharing moments, stories, and perspectives. Whether it’s a conversation, a meal, or a new place, sharing makes life richer. 🌍
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my passion for travelling, my experiences living in different places, and insights from my career in engineering and data governance.
I also love cooking, so I’d be happy to share a traditional Argentine dish or a good wine together. I’m a good listener and always enjoy meaningful conversations about life, cultures, and desires.
