In Koh Samui, the traffic rules are quite flexible, I mean it's not stricted, then when you were here; must be more careful when riding & driving or even walking.
Speak English slowly and clearly can make people in Samui or even Thailand to help you or give information easier.
Thai people smile alot even sometime when say sorry or apoligize we still smile and maybe laughing also, then never think that they're joking> it's their natural.
