Laid back, easy to get along with. Try to be funny, but has a serious case of "dad humour". I like my own space from time to time, but crave the company of others, especially when seeing and experiencing new and exciting adventures/sights/foods/cultures.

Interests

Most of the time I can be found in a coffee shop sipping macchiatos and reading a book (currently Jurassic park as a touch of childhood nostalgia). I love to find new places, new cities that ooze with character and beauty. I have spent the last couple of years traveling alone around australia and south east asia and found that a static life is no longer for me. Reach your goals then set a new one and constantly push yourself in the pursuit of knowledge. Currently on my way home to train to become a Learning Disabilities Nurse.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first was when I landed in Hong Kong airport and was waiting for my connecting flight to Australia, one way. It suddenly dawned on me that I had little money, no contacts, no job and no idea what Perth was like. "What the fuck am I doing" quickly went through my head.

Being in south east asia for a while meant that I had ridden a lot of tuk tuks. I was amazed when I found this one driver with immaculate english. He had learn't from scratch from customers english. The drive and determination he had to better his business and experience for his customers was awe inspiring. At the same time made me feel like a dick for only knowing my native tongue.
