Originally, I joined Couchsurfing to host and meet new people coming through Chicago. After all of the amazing people that I've met through this site, I've learned how important it is to experience life and make an extra effort to be a good friend. I've stayed in touch with many of the people I've met through Couchsurfing. I love the doors this site has opened and all the beautiful humans I’ve met throughout my journey.

I'm a filmmaker by trade. I love to travel and explore different cultures. I have spent many months in different parts of the world. I am curious as to how other people's minds differentiate and how certain places impact community more so than others. Love is the answer.

Music: I am into a large variety of music. I used to run a music web-zine that covered many genres of music. I really enjoy bands like Muse that have a strong message/theme to each album they produce.

Movies: I love a good psychological thriller. I'm a fan of Classic films and have had Stanley Kubrick and Alfred Hitchcock encrypted into my brain for longer then I can remember.

I have gotten the opportunity to do a lot of amazing things. I helped make a film in Cambodia with orphans. That was a pretty amazing life experience. I have quite a few incredible travel stories. My buddy and I went on a backpacking trip once across Colombia, we had a wild night in the forest where we stayed the night with some young military stationed there.
