ABOUT ME

I just finished college and am headed west to become an apprentice on a small goat dairy. I can't even begin to tell you how excited about this I am, and this in itself likely tells you a lot about me.

PHILOSOPHY

Farming is the only thing that really feels right these days.

Interests

growing vegetables, scavenging, urban foraging (dumpster diving included), night swims, getting lost, drawing, yoga, strangers, quiet observations, blind contours, cheese making, bread baking, woodworking, berry picking, long meals, good company, dry humor, happy hearts, healthy people, photography, the great outdoors, knitting, good design, biking at night without lights, working with my hands, a good mug, warm lights, knot tying, sunrise, goats.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skinny dipping in bioluminescence under a full moon. I don't even have words to describe that experience.
Also, I once saw a goat standing on top of a sheep. That was pretty amazing.
