ABOUT ME

Probably my friends would say that I'm outgoing, funny,organized, hard worker, creative(some times), some times they would say i'm adventurous,and sometimes shy, or demannding...but it depends I guess on my mood, the people sourrinding me,the situation...I'm trying to be honest with myself, the things I do and my people but I not always achieve it!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am not living in Barcelona at the moment because of work and i'm not able to share by the moment, but from time to time I bo back to Barcelona for a day or two, so If you're arround and want to know the city,or hang arround let me know, if I'm there I'll be happy to show the city.I don't know when but once I come back home I'll be able to share my future appartment.

I love being on the stage, or going to the theater to watch a good performance, love to go to a concerts (jazz, bosanova, swing..) love to spend my time with my friends, chatting, sharing some god wine, or food, love to listen to people histories, I enjoy goin out for a good movie, and love riding horses(natural dome), going out for trekking or going to the sea (I live in the coast), I adore animals and do not eat them ;) I have two dogs and I love going out with them for a walk...once I start a god book can't leave it!! I do yoga and teach breathing techniques,and voice for actors as well.I am interested in sustainability and in
alternative ways of life more respectful with the environment

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Wachting the "rap of Lucrece" by William Shakespeare, at teatre Lliure de Barcelona directed by Miguel del Arco with Nuria Espert, that was amazing, still crying when I thing in that beautiful performance, it was not just because of the text(brilliant)but the energy of that actress on the stage was simpy touching and amazing...firt time in my life that could not contain emotion and tears after the performace. literally..I was trembling.I was introduced to Mrs. Espert after the show I still could not talk,broke on tears again ... It was just few months ago,so not the first show in my life! ;)

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I could teach voice tecniques, movement and corporal trainnig(tècnicas de conocimmiento corporal) and I'm working now at the Escola Europea de respiració(European Breathing school)working throug breathing Tecniques to control anxiety, fears... and I am able to cook as well!!apart from that I could teach you spanish or cathalan...willing to do exchange!!
