I'm Jaehak (it sounds like jay-hawk, or you can call me jake)
I love travelling, discovering different culture, and making new friends.
I have been to many part of the world, but still i am eager to learn more!
I recently quit my job in ASEAN-Korea Centre, a small international organization, and currently preparing for an exam to be a public servant.

Unfortunately, i do not receive surfers now, but i would happy to meet up and chat on weekends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As i mentioned above, i love to travel, experience and understand different culture. Since i am not able to travel abroad since my life has become so busy, i would like to share the traveling stories instead of going abroad.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love most of electronic music. Favourite genres are trap/trance/progressive house. I don't miss any edm festival that is hold in seoul, but not really into going to club unless they have popular dj on their line-up.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I finished the Camino de Santiago in 2015. Such a heartwarming journey. (I am no religious person at all, by the way) if someone asked me what is my best pick for travelling, i would say the camino without hesitation.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Unfortunately, i cannot provide much things for surfers. But we can meet up on weekends, hangout, grab a beer and etc.
