ABOUT ME

I'm a travel junkie, got the bug back in '99 and have been at it ever since. In the past few years I have been focused on music and have taken short 4-6 week trips. Before that I did several 3-4 month excursions to South America, Europe, Asia and Central America. Currently I'm traveling in CO and then heading to central maerica for Marc-May. I was living in Madison, WI playing as guitarist, drummer, and singer. When I return I will live in my hometown of Chicago.

I have lived in Seattle, Salt Lake City, Lake Tahoe, CO, WY, and Canada. I am always traveling and have visited 43 countries. My favorite place in the world is Brazil, I've been there 4 times and always have a blast. I also like Mexico, Thailand, and Canada.

I'm real into outdoor activities like backpacking, biking, hiking, rock climbing, snowboarding, and mountaineering. My highlight was climbing in the C. Blanca of Peru and C. Real of Bolivia in 2005 & 2010.
My passion for snowboarding goes deep as well, I started just 7 years ago but have manged 50-60 days a year since then. I have put in lots of ride time at resorts all over N america but my favs are: Snowbird, Squaw, Mammoth, Whistler, Revelstoke, Kirkwood, Alpental, Crystal, Steamboat, & Alpine Meadows.

Enjoy life day to day & Enjoy this Earth (b/c there's is so much beauty in it) & Don't let the ordinary life stop you from finding out who you really are.

I've stayed with so many different friends all over the place. It's nice to have some hospitality. As travelers we need to help each other out to keep traveling opportunites open.

Jungle trekking in the Amazon, Camel safari in the Sahara, Standing on top of 20,000 ft or higher peaks 5 times in the Andes, living with Brazilian students, beach bumming with drunken Welsh guys through Uruguay and S Brazil, visiting the Arctic circle in Norway and going to student parties, seeing Polar bears in Churchill, Canada, attending Carnival 3 times in Brazil, Snowboarding 60+ days at Snowbird, Running with the Bulls in Pamplona, Moped touring in Laos, Visiting Angor Wat, Hiking Napili coast Trail on Kaui'i.
