ABOUT ME

I like to paint, travel, read,watch movies (in a real movie theater, not on tv), hanging out with a good book in a nice cafe, sports (all kinds of things that you can do in the mountains = in the snow), football (I´m male, so that`s genetically unavoidable), chess.
I kind of like dogs (mostly, I don`t like the small ones that bark at you, though...) but I definitely love cats!

very positive so far, it`s amazing that complete strangers offer their homes to each other and even to freaks like me, I want to return this trust and open-mindedness by doing the same...

movies: I don´t have a favourite one but I just love going to the movies, actually you could call me a movie junkie. Here is a small selection of movies I liked: slumdog millionaire, the wrestler (what a performance by Mickey Rourke!)
Fargo, no country for old men, taxi driver (robert de Niro is the best), two days in Paris (funny), amelie, Fight Club and so on and on and on...
books: the only book I read several times is "catcher in the rye", but that`s many years ago. Here comes another small selection of what I liked: Stiller (Hesse),
schatten des Windes (Zafon, don`t know the english title...), I like anything written by Stefan Zweig or by Dostowjewski, I liked reading Harry Potter (what a mixture: potter and dostowjewski...), paulo coelho: once minutos, has anyone read the books of Rüdiger Nehberg? About his adventures in the brasilian djungle?
I loved them!!!
Music: I like totally different music depending on the mood I am in. Some of my favourite songs: sitting on a dock of a bay, Sunny, as tears go by, ....

teach: I could teach different sports (tennis, golf, skiing, snowboarding).
And, of course, I could present my hometown: Berlin!!!
