To show someone, or people, around Saigon. I hope to retire soon, and will need something to do in my spare-time so I'm going to be the best tour guide this city has never asked for. Do you want to be my guinea pig?

ABOUT ME

I have been hosting people from all round the world all round the world for seventeen years. The best person was Rob because he shared the same love of good food and ridiculous conversation. The worst person was Cindy because she left hair everywhere, but even that wasn't the end of the world. Poor Cindy might think it's the end of the world if she keeps shedding hair everywhere - I'm not sure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I firmly believe that the best way to travel is to meet the people who live in a place in order to get a real understanding of how the place functions. I've learned more from my couchsurfers than I did whilst at university. I'm a slow reader, but quite a good listener so I find it easiest to learn straight from the horse's mouth...your mouth.

So far I think I've been doing quite well at couch surfing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I cycled from the Arctic circle to Portugal a few years ago. I've scored 575 in Scrabble - quite amazing!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can do Reiki, and with this magic power I can see through walls and levitate cats. Seriously, I do do Reiki. I love teaching English, and can do it very quickly.
