I'm a 25 year old English teacher from Scotland, but currently living and working in Kurdistan!

I studied Arabic and Middle Eastern Studies at university, and since then have always been searching for new travel opportunties, new people to meet, new languages to learn, and new cultures to experience.

I believe you can't truly experience a place without meeting those who live there, and couchsurfing is the perfect way to visit places I wouldn't have thought of going to, and meeting wonderful characters at the same time.

兴趣

I love to restore and ride motorcycles, it was a hobby in Scotland, and now my favourite way to travel!

I also love dancing, especially ballroom and Scottish Ceilidh dancing.

When I was 22 I was the driver and team leader for an overland adventure, driving non-stop from Scotland to Laos!

As an English teacher, and an Arabic and Polish learner, of course language is really important in my life and I am always enthusiastic about teaching, learning, sharing and practising it with anyone I meet.
