I am overwhelmingly passionate about traveling and exploring the hidden and unspoiled by touristic activity remote gems of our wonderful planet - a home to more than 7.125 billion human beings, probably as trillion times as much mosquitoes, water bears and billions of other amazing creatures.

I have a genuine interest in numerous things including but not limited to the interstellar travel, colonization of Mars, art, culture , gender equality and global climate change.

It is truly ironical that the major 21st century buzzwords, digitization and interconnectivity, seems to bring not a boost in the number of basic face-to-face human communications, but a psychological trap in the form of hiding behind the screens of the phones, tablets and laptops. Following the fashion, I believe that Couchsurfing raises the curtain and helps people to connect in our interconnected world.
