About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Explore the world and enjoy every cultures unique forms of eating and drinking.
ABOUT ME
There isn't really a short list of activities that I feel properly sums me up. In my free time, I really just enjoy the company of good people regardless of the activity, which can range from staying in and having a few glasses of wine, exploring the sites of a new and foreign city, or enjoying the nightlife.
PHILOSOPHY
My personal philosophy is that life is too short to worry about having a personal philosophy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
This is my first CS venture. I can't say that I have done anything beyond this point, but I hope that during my current trip, I will meet many new people and perhaps host some in the future.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I am currently staying with a Parisian couch surfer, and was really floored, in a good way, with the kindness and openness with which we were received. I have very much enjoyed the stay, as we are not just seeing the city, but also meeting some real Parisians.
Interests
I have many interest, both academic and general. My academic interests include Physics, Computer Science, and Math.
When I'm not involved in academic pursuits, I greatly enjoy relaxation. I have much experience with television and movies. Perhaps my favorite activity is food (eating it, not preparing it). I love trying new and interesting foods. I am very interested in the local foods in foreign places. I enjoy a cheap meal bought from a street vendor as well as fine dining in a nice restaurant. Both of these activities are significantly enhanced when shared with others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once flipped a coin, and had it land on it's side. This is a completely true story.
You might say, "Well that seems fairly mundane and uninteresting." It is quite the contrary! We always discuss so called 'amazing' experiences. Having a child. Getting married. Sex. Fine dining. Seeing an amazing site (Grand Canyon, Eifel Tower, Buckingham Palace, etc). There is one thing that all of these experiences have in common: they are experienced by many people. How many people can say they have flipped a coin and, completely by accident, had it land on its side?
Teach, Learn, Share
I am still quite young (just finished my undergraduate education). All I have to share are my relatively few life experiences and anything I've learned in school. However, everything that I do have, I am very willing to share.
