Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on Couchsurfing because I love connecting with people from different cultures and sharing meaningful experiences while traveling. I’m a 39-year-old guy who enjoys hiking, sports, poker, and reading, and I think the best way to truly understand a country is through its people. I’m traveling through India and would love to meet locals and other travelers, exchange stories, learn about the culture, and maybe even pick up some new words in different languages.
For me, Couchsurfing isn’t just about finding a place to stay — it’s about building friendships and learning from others.
