Hi! I am friendly, caring, helpful, enthusiastic, open-minded and social. I believe in living in the moment (includes saying yes to random crazy ideas!). Deep and thought provoking conversations about anything under the sun intrigue me. In my free time I like to read something insightful, engage in outdoor activities, watch movies or meet friends. Friends and family describe me as creative and fun-loving. I am an absolute foodie!
Currently I am working as a technical translator. I am passionate about learning new languages, as they are a gateway to a whole new culture. Apart from 2 regional Indian languages and English, I can fluently speak German and have lived in Germany for a few months and am now learning (and loving) French.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I love travelling but the word travel for me means understanding a place through it's food, culture, history and people. I believe Couchsurfing is a great way to meet locals and learn about their way of living. And why do I believe that meeting new people is important? Because you never know who is going to change your life by saying a random sentence that puts things into perspective. I like to learn from others and I believe everyone has something to teach.
