I think one of the most rewarding things I’ve done is training graduates and helping students explore their career paths. Many of them were unsure about where to start, so I provided personalized guidance, held mentorship sessions, and connected them with opportunities in their fields. As a result, several students have successfully secured jobs, internships, or advanced their education. It’s been fulfilling to see their growth and know that my support helped them take those important first steps.
