About Me

🎓 AI student in Trier | Music-loving host | Couchsurfing for the stories, not the savings
Hi, I’m Durraiz – originally from Pakistan, now studying Artificial Intelligence in Trier. I play the ukulele, love deep convos, cultural exchange, and discovering new cuisines. Hosting for me is about sharing – stories, laughter, and a little bit of music. 🛋️🎶
Let’s swap tales over tea or jam on a lazy evening. Open, chill, and always up for a meaningful connection. 🌍✨

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new people. To absorb new experiences.
To write on people’s lives, and let them write on my soul in return.
I’m here for the stories, the shared silences, and everything in between

Music, Movies, and Books

🎬 Movies I love:

Into the Wild

The Bucket List
Stories that stir the soul and make you rethink life — I’m a fan of those.
I’m really into movies, though I don’t quite have the attention span for books... unless they’re poetic or life-changing.

🎶 Music? Count me in. Especially if we can strum a few notes together.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lying on the back of a loaded truck on the way to the desert, I watched a breathtaking starry sky stretch endlessly above me. There was no unnatural light around—only the soft glow of the truck’s headlights cutting through the dark. The truck was packed with supplies and nine others, all squeezed into uncomfortable spots.

The ride was bumpy and rough, but our hearts were full—overflowing with joy, laughter, and a sense of wild freedom. I still remember the shooting stars, appearing every few minutes like nature’s own fireworks show. It was raw, chaotic, beautiful—an experience etched in my memory forever.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach a thing or two on the ukulele — whether it's your first chord or your first full song. I’d also love to learn from your culture, music, or just how you see the world. Conversations, shared meals, jam sessions — I believe every exchange leaves a mark.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Adventure. Comfort. Banter. Fun.
