ABOUT ME

How ever to describe oneself? Every being on this earth are complex individuals who are changing and creating themselves every day!
In effort, I am a student of life trying to get the most of everything I do whether it be learning, teaching, eating, studying, playing, living! I find myself trying to maintain balance in everything I do. Although sky is the limit, I believe there is still a middle that we must come back to in order to keep moving. Work hard to play hard. I live in the moment, but I value reflecting. I believe everything good should be savored. Nonetheless, I'm pretty laid back with so many interests and ambitions that I want to try everything at least once. I'm just excited to see and meet the world and with every step and journey, hope to touch lives in the process.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate by communicating and interacting with others in order to teach and learn our different cultures, lifestyles, individual characteristics, and by celebrating our similarities and embracing our differences. I hope to share and learn different cultures and perspectives of the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I actually just got involved with Couchsurfing when I went a semester abroad in Italy, I'm so glad I did. I have had some wonderful couchsurfing experiences in Italy, and have contributed to some of my most memorable moments = )
Now I would like to pay it forward and host travelers in my home in San Francisco.

Music is one of my greatest passions. I listen to everything, I believe everyone should be heard. Just to name a few- Brett Dennen, Lykke Li, CocoRosie, Tristan Prettyman, Bob Marley, Kimya Dawson, Alicia Keys, Coldplay, India Arie, Jack Johnson, The Killers, Kanye West, Norah Jones, Erykah Badu, Tiesto, Cat Power, Tegan and Sara, and the one and only Britney Spears.

The Desert Sunset in the Sahara Desert in Tunisia!

Last October I ran the Nike Women's marathon and raised $2,100 towards finding a cure to Leukemia. One of the most challenging and worthwhile things I've ever done. The Finish Line was great, but the journey to get there was incredible. = )
