ABOUT ME

I'm friendly, but picky about my friends. I cant stand small talk, my political views are liberal, i'm open minded but don't like to opinionated, narrow-minded people. i'm very family-oriented, loyal as hell to my friends, but i'll always see things from a balanced perspective. so if anyone wants me to support something i disagree with, its not going to happen! i'm a culture buff, love travelling and interacting with people, food, language, architecture, from all over the world!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that I can control my destiny through my actions. I'm on this earth to spread the message of happiness, satisfaction, balance and self-confidence. I think belief in myself is above any God, so I try to instill that self-belief in others as well. Its a great feeling when you see someone change and grow.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to CS, but I've always been active in anything that promotes learning through experience and exposure. there's no better education than being out there and seeing for yourself!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My parents used to travel abroad a lot. They were both doctors, so we had exchange students and professionals visiting us all the time, from France, Germany and the US particularly. I was the designated tour guide, and I still keep in touch with some of those friends of my parents, even though they are much older and don't really travel much any more!

movies- not a huge movie buff, i enjoy biopics, musicals and romantic stuff though!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i saw the kilip-kilip in malaysia recently...thats what the malays call fireflies. we were taken down the river in a boat on a dark night and there were literally billions of fireflies all flashing lights in perfect harmony. most amazing sight! a more cynical person would think it was a set up!
