I am from a small town in the southeastern US, traveling through Europe for my first time. I spent a semester in Spain studying Spanish, and back in the US I study microbiology and intend to go to medical school in two years. This semester I have spent abroad, I was able to meet incredible people and make new friends from all parts of the globe, and I hope Couchsurfing will allow me to do the same.

My best friend and I are taking an interail trip together starting in July and are looking for places to stay as well as interesting people to meet. We met two years ago in the US and this is our grand reunion!

I came to Europe for six months by myself, and I still think that's pretty crazy. In addition to that, I can do a headstand and make really good chocolate chip cookies.
