ABOUT ME

I'm a physicist, doing research at the University of Adelaide. I'm also a gymnast, rockclimber, cyclist, scuba-diver, and lover of good food, good conversation, and untouched natural places. I grew up travelling and camping often with my mother, and my then-girlfriend and I cycled across the USA (in two different directions!) in 2009-2010, so I'm a huge fan of travelling slowly and meeting people along the way. I'd rather bake my own pizza than get drunk, and although I love salsa dancing and going out with friends, I'd rather share a good conversation and good company than go clubbing.

I use this CS account when I'm travelling by myself, but my ex-girlfriend and I have been on CS (using her CS account) since 2009, surfing together through the USA and Mexico, and hosting people at our home in Adelaide, South Australia. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed with a bunch of people in the USA and Mexico (Cincinnatti, Memphis, Piedras Negras, Del Rio, Ensenada...) and hosted people from Germany, France, the UK, and Taiwan. In every case I've met people who've been great fun to share time and tales with.

Cycled 7200km across North America, skinny-dipped at the base of the Angel falls, done handstands on the Great Wall, seen the Grand Canyon, touched the Pyramids, climbed Uluru.
