About Me
In June 2016 I graduated as a drama instructor and even before that I had done a lot of theatre. You could basically say that I grew up in a theater. Nowadays it's not anymore something that is IN my life, it actually IS my life. Maybe I should figure out something else to do at some point.
Beside theater I volunteer on culture festivals and love going to the gigs. I used to watch a lot of movies, read and discover new bands, but because of school I haven't been able to do that so much in the last few years. I love dancing and singing and of course, travelling.
I have been travelling mostly in Europe. Last year I took my job replacement in Lusaka, Zambia. That was an amazing experience and increased my will to travel around the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to travel, abroad and in my own home country. It's hard for me to stay in the same place too long. I got to be on the move. The best thing about new places are new people. I am everytime amazed how many awesome people there are in the world. And I have only met like 1 % of them.
I also believe in people's kindness. I believe that if just the people would be able to meet the other people and talk with them and get to know them, the world would be a better place. Maybe I am a bit of a hippie or a naive person, but I have nothing else to believe in life than love and understanding between other human beings.
And of course as a theatre person, my budget is always the minimum. Staying with the locals you save a lot of money. So in the best case scenario: you save money and at the same time you meet new cool people and maybe even get to see the city and learn something about their lives.
