About Me

Well, I’m an engineer living in Ankara, dealing also with mathematics, philosophy and international politics. Moreover, i am working for a Trade Union voluntarily. I am a well-travelled (weitgereist) person and i wanna meet new people from all around the world, to exchange knowledge, experience and mutual understanding. Heutzutage versuche ich meine Deutschkenntnisse zu verbessern und besuche ich einen Deutschkurs. Deshalb wird es mir besonders besser sein mit deutschsprachigen Leuten kennenzulernen :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a good traveller and each time i have been abroad, i strongly feel the lack of any local people/ friend, who can help me with my trip, give me some tips, exchange thoughts and feelings. With Couchsurfing, i will be able to handle this difficulty. I will be welcoming people challenging the same situation. Moreover, i love to meet new people from different cultures all over world; so that we can learn from each other.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am in favor of local/ethnic music all over the world. I read a lot, mainly about politics and history. At most interested in World War II. And of course the Classics, also Soviet Literature. My favourite authors are Jack London, Yaşar Kemal, Sabahattin Ali. Well, about the movies & artists: I think Fight Club and American History-X are my favourites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably my trip to St. Petersburg :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my experience about the places i had visited. I can also host people coming to Ankara, help them about the daily life here, share some tips and hang out, each time when i am available. We can also practice Turkish, if anyone needs. I wanna improve my German and it would be absolutely great if someone could help me about it :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

My experience, my thoughts, my time and of course my couch :)
