Hello hosts

I’m a 32 yr old architect from England and I’ve been travelling Asia since December 2016.

I’m nearing the end of my travels and starting 5 weeks in Japan. I’d love to get involved with the local lifestyle and all Japan has to offer as I’ve been particularly looking forward to this country my whole trip.

I’m quiet, considerate, socialable and believe in treating others the way I’d like to be treated myself. I’m great with adults, kids and am quite obsessed with animals. I’d also love the opportunity to learn as much Japanese as possible.

I love independent movies or foreign/art house films.. but mainly documentaries.

I’m currently trying to buy or swap as many of Haruki Murakami’s books as possible.

-ran 5 marathons (PB:4.01)
-scuba-dived 70+ times (Fiji, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Indonesia), and worked for the WWF saving the fishes.
-scuba-dived with nurse sharks, snorkelled with whale sharks.
-currently 12 months solo travelling
-a previous ultimate carnivore, turned 1.5 years vegan (for the animals, environment, health)
-survived 8 years studying at university
-celebrated New Years and Mardi Gras at the Playboy Mansion ( 2008 - when Hefner was alive)
