Sobre mí

CURRENT MISSION

FULLY BOOKED! NOT AVAILABLE IN AUGUST! Sorry I'm writing this here but I receive 20+ requests everyday and can't reply to everyone!

ABOUT ME

I never dared to ask what my friends would say about me, but guessing: that I love stimulating conversations about anything, sober or drunken, as long as there's humour thrown in (=can talk for hours, sometimes faster than I can think), that I'm very energetic with lapses of totall and utter laziness (=needs to learn how to pace herself), that I listen to everyone (but follow my own ideas), and that when I've decided to do something, it happens (hard-nosed b*tch). I've provided the faults that go with the qualities between brackets for your convenience. I probably missed a few, but hey, describing yourself is insanely difficult!

Also, I'm usually very rational but can send reason flying out the window if something just feels right. I'm un-PC , which doesn't agree with everyone, I love absurd humour and situations, and nothing makes me happier than hanging out with similarly minded people, who can see the fun side in everything, not mind me when I'm being a git (I do the same for them of course), and make me laugh with their razor-sharp wit (I try to do the same).

PHILOSOPHY

Variety isn't so much the spice as the oxygen of life for me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new!

Intereses

If I say travelling and meeting people, it's the most obvious answer ever isn't it? But it's true.
Also anything to do with the arts, architecture (from palaces to disused industrial sites), writing and reading, photography, psychology and anything to do with how the human brain works.
I like being in or near water, even though I'm a terrible swimmer, and deal with water better when it's powdered (skiing) or frozen (figure skating, my favourite sport). I generally like being physically active...and then sitting at café terraces doing nothing.

Música, películas y libros

Oh dear, way too many to list. Anything that's really well crafted gets my vote, anything that surprises, too.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Coming off the plane in Hong Kong, 36C, still reeling from landing on the sea, or so it seemed, and overloading on new sensations for the 3 months I stayed there. I was 13, and never recovered, and I mean that as a good thing.

I've had a few moments at large music festivals, watching a sea of people all bouncing up and down to the same tune.

Walking on the frozen Neva river in St Petersburg on a very bright and very cold day, with light bouncing off ice shards all around me, also scores pretty high.
