I'm a child at heart with a good sense of humour. I love to eat drink and be merry. Day to day I work in fashion but I love to sing, draw and cook. I have a longing to see the world and experience a life different from my own.

I was sent here by a fellow traveler as a way to meet new people and it looks great!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never couch surfed abroad but have slept on may couches at home, these experiences ranged from a light nap in the afternoon to happily drifting off at a freinds house, I feel I have the skills required to surf any couch.

Centres d'intérêt

I have a strong love for music and art, I have been singing all my life. I also can devour books in a day. I studied kung fu and kick boxing (I trained in Thai Land). If you can tell a good story I am an audience for hours. I'm very fascinated with philosophy, astronomy, science and anything that help us understand this crazy world.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

My favourite books are 'Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy, Shop Girl, anything by Tad Williams and My Family and other Animals'. Music can range from Ella Fitzgerald to TREX. I love Bowie and Bryan Ferry. Add a dash of Muddy Waters and you have a fun time. Movies are a funny one, I have no set tastes but I do love.....and I hate to admit...Star Wars...it makes me very happy. Also old musicals like 'Singing in the rain' and classics like 'Sunset boulevard' . Im not a chick flick girl, I was raised on 'Aliens', 'Brazil' and 'Ghost Busters'.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I am terrified of open water (the sea) so the first time I put on my snorkel and actually got under the water it was like a whole new world open up to me. Not only did I push myself into the unknown but I loved what I found.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

Everyday is a lesson for me, I also delight in learning new things about the world around me and myself. I think being in the company of others (especially people from other cultures) can teach you more about yourself and the world around you than anything else.

What I can teach you

1. Kung Fu (Seriously...its really cool)
2. Cooking ( I used to be a chef)
3. Origami (There's a lot of bits of paper in the world)
4. How to be silly (Everyone could laugh more)

What I would like to learn

1. How to be more spontaneous.
2. New music from different cultures.
3. New languages.
4. The ability to wolf whistle.
