ABOUT ME

I'm a very openminded and caring guy. Social animal, but enjoy quiet moments alone as well. I can be a kind of a blabbermouth in the direct sense in verbal communication. I say what I want to say, unless it could hurt someone. I respect other peoples opinions and borders, though I do like to discuss these opinions and borders. I can be very shy at first, but that'll wear off quickly once I feel comfortable :-D

Ohyeah, one more thing: If you're homophobic, you should NOT send me a couchrequest :)

PHILOSOPHY

Basically just to enjoy life to the fullest. Do things while you can still do them, you'll regret if if you don't! Just be respectful and considerate to yourself and the people and environment around you while indulging in life's pleasures.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As others, I'd like to offer a spot to crash for other travellers and hang out when the option presents itself. When I am the traveller, I'd like to be a good guest in other peoples homes :D

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experiences didn't let me down! I did notice that it is a hell of a lot of work to find a host in some cities, geez!

Movies: art-house, scifi, horror, thriller

Music: Electro, techno, minimal, indie, rock, some hiphop and r&b, pop, classical, musicals, etc.

Books: Song Of Ice And Fire, Lord of the Rings, Machiavelli's Prince, Discovery of Heaven, many, many more!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most special thing I do every day is to support people. To restore from their illness, to care for them when they're unable to. It's such a wonderful experience to mean something to another person in times of need.
Other things:
- fired an ak-47
- helped friends in times of need
- take pictures of dead animals when i see one
- watched an autopsy
- went to Madonna's last concert, twice (2003, 2004). After that I stopped believing her.

Teach, Learn, Share

What I can teach other people? Hmm...that's a tough one! Certainly tolerance!
As for the rest: it's hard to state what one can learn from another, without knowing where the other one stands in life. It differs what others can learn from each other and I'm willing to explore these fields :)
