I am currently a medical student in Richmond, VA, but originally from Colorado. I am pursing a career in emergency medicine and with a strong interest and background in global health/medical missions, but when I am not working, I enjoy traveling, hiking, backpacking, kayaking, skiing, and climbing. I also enjoy going to concerts and it's hard to find a style of music I do not enjoy.

As someone interested in travel and global health, it'd be fun to meet others who enjoy traveling and have been all around the world. It's always great to share our experiences. Every new country and place I have visited has been a great learning experience. I look forward to sharing and learning from you as well!

There is no way to learn about a place you are traveling quite like living with people from that place. I would take a week living with and learning from someone from a city over a month trying to learn it as a tourist.
