A quiet guy in general, apparently on a mission to learn German. This expedition of mine has led me inside Deutschland!

I'm quite reserved and takes me some time to open up to but I can guarantee laughter once you get to know me. I respect everyone, and I really mean to emphasize the 'everyone' there. Maybe this one commitment of mine has gotten me so far. Even though, unfortunately, you learn everyday that the world has basically turned into a worse place but something deep down makes me keep my faith in humanity. Oh and one more thing, I take friendships really seriously!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think, from what I've read, it's a nice platform to get to meet new people and basically what I want to do is to meet up with people who I can talk to freely in German with as it's what I'm learning. In exchange perhaps I can help them out with my fluency in English were they to require any sort of help. I'm not really 'a native speaker' or anything but I've had my fair amount of practice in it, in the sense that I basically speak it on an everyday basis.

Interests

Long pointless walks at night (or during the rain), traveling the world, discovering new things, people and culture. Cars, new old, popular, vintage and all sorts.

Playing the Electric Guitar, some light training (not really heavily into body building but I really love taking care of my body to the most)

In addition to that, Taylor Swift, other miscellaneous singers. I have an unstable, varied taste in music which is not usually common among other people but I always enjoy music in general. (Unless it's repetitive and too loud and obnoxious in which case it'd be a pain)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the highlights of my life personally, given how reserved and generally quiet I am is the one time where I ended up singing my favourite song, 21 Guns, on a stage in school back in 2013 (I believe). It was a very thrilling, scary moment of my life but I managed it quite well, If I do say so myself.

What I Can Share with Hosts

In case I actually end up having some guests, I'd love to share with them my limited knowledge and experiences that I have gathered up in my life. We'll exchange some stories over lunch or just chilling at my place, on the PS4 (yes I fully intend to have anyone who has ended up in my house to play with me, hehe! [Call of duty intensifies])

There's also my electric guitar that I could play for anyone willing to bear with me for the duration of me playing it. Ofcourse, you'd be welcome to try it yourself as well!
