About Me

I'm a Chinese teenager in Fuzhou No.3 Senior High School. So happy to reach the requirement of age of this website!

Having made a multitude of friends, I, as a extrovert, enjoy communicating with everybody. Chatting with my mates in a cafe for a whole day was exactly what I normally used to have at weekend when I still was a boy, which means, not too much work to do for me.

Even though I don't actually have an extensive range of hobbies, one hobby is enough to enrich my life. I'm fanatically addicted to fishing. During my summer holiday, generally the outdoor activity is going fishing with my dad at a lakeside not far away from my house.

For my gustatory preference, my favorite food is as same as the most of juveniles' which is potato chips. I've tasted quite a lot distinctive dishes in many countries, almost all of those can delight me perfectly. Exceptionally, the taste of some piquant food like garlics and gingers always makes me feel sick. Thus, hopefully, this sort of food will never appear in my journey.

In addition, other characteristics of me have been exhibited in the other part of this profile.

Music, Movies, and Books

Personally, I like the pop music best, because it has an empathetic effect which can adjust my mood.

My favorite singer is Eason Chan, a renowned Hong Kong singer who masters various styles of music. Most of his songs have bilingual versions, both Cantonese and Mandarin. Interestingly, different versions involve disparate stories and catch different mood. Even though none of the lyrics were written by him, he can still immaculately deduce the stories depicted in the song with his extensive range of voice. I really enjoy immersing myself into the story of each song, because those stories are quite familiar with our plain lives. The vicarious experience and affections I got from the songs could always move me profoundly.

For movie genres, I prefer sci-fi. This type of movie can set me in incredible future life styles and unbelievable technologies. After watching these movies, I was always think about how we are going to live in such a different in the future and when the future is coming into the reality.

The books which accompany me most of my reading time are detective fictions. The plots and scenarios of those books are usually quite fearful, but the fact of each case is always delightful. By reading those books, my logical reasoning ability got improved a lot. That's exactly why I'm so fond of detective fictions.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I think cultural interaction is a basic element for traveling, thus, I will proactively introduce my own Chinese culture to my hosts. Also, I would like to know more about their cultures. Besides, I will give my host some Chinese distinctive artifacts as gifts.
