Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I think couchsurfing is a really interesting way to meet new people and see new places. I hope it'll get me off the beaten track.

Interests

I'm a biologist and I've been traveling for 3 years. I'm really interested in all things animal, and I love seeing new places. I like taking pictures and I'm really interested in getting inside libraries wherever I go. I think it's interesting to see what the world does with their books.

My whole family sails. I love getting out on the water.

I love First Aid Kit right now. But I'm a music generalist, so I'm ok with anything.

I'm reading the Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay right now, and it's wicked. Ah, the sentences!

Favourite recent movie: Short Term 12.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I walked the Australian Alps Walking Track. It's a hiking trail in Australia from near Melbourne to near Canberra and it took me 49 days (660km) to complete, solo. I loved it and I was miserable. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
